With over 28 years of combined experience in mindfulness training, we give you the skills necessary to increase mental focus, clarity, effectiveness, work-life balance, physical health, relaxation, and creativity. We offer regular mindfulness meditation, relaxation and wellness retreats. We also offer online mindfulness training programs, as well as personalised coaching either via Skype or in our Perth offices.
