If you’re looking for a well rounded Retreat with good food, warm, friendly facilitators, and Yoga set in a tranquil environment, then look no further. You will leave the Retreat feeling recharged, uplifted and armed with the tools to go about your day-to-day life. You will be astounded by the indepth knowledge of the facilitators. The course is structured to enjoy some down time as well as focus on the Retreat’s content. There is also time to explore the beautiful surrounding walking trails. You will come away wanting to continue implementing what was covered. If you continue to practise what was covered at the Retreat you will reap the rewards. I have come away feeling more positive about myself and about my outlook and can nip negative thoughts in the bud.
