Hi Dania and Michael, I am doing meditation daily and yoga most days, I am being very mindful especially when in stressful situations and I am spending time regularly on checking into the body, unfortunately my sleep is still not the best with my stomach/colon but I am getting there – I think I have a lot of years tied up in that area and it is just letting go, I am aware now that I do not think about it or try and work it out I just breath and send calmness to that area, THANK YOU both so much the weekend I was there has done me the world of good, I release tears of grief but happiness in the release.
